Ready straight away
Residents travelling privately with their own dog or cat can qualify when their journey exactly matches a published template and the complete pet group is within the route limit.
Prepared by our team
Transfers, rehoming, other species, larger groups, free-text preferences, and uncertain or high-risk USA dog travel histories are checked by a person.
Not supported
Pet sales, breeding, and other commercial animal movements are outside the service and cannot proceed to checkout.
Important route limits
- UK means England, Scotland and Wales.
- Norway means mainland Norway, not Svalbard.
- Turkey-arrival plans currently automate no more than two pets; most other routes allow up to five across the complete movement.
- Each paid request covers one pet type. Different pet types require separate requests and payments, while the combined pet group still counts towards the complete-movement limit.
- Northern Ireland uses a separate pet travel framework and is not a selectable country in this release. Read the current Northern Ireland guidance.
